Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This is template boilerplate, not legal advice. Replace it with terms reviewed by your own counsel before launch.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Manifest (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its normal operation, attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or using it to infringe the rights of others.
3. Reports and data
Reports provided through the Service are derived from public-record trade data and are supplied for your internal business use. They are one input into commercial decision-making and not a sole basis for any sourcing or strategic action. Reports are not licensed for redistribution.
4. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Manifest and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate or complete.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
