Manifest Analytics (“we”, “us”) provides this service. You can reach us at info@manifest-analytics.com. Our service is offered to businesses and professionals, not to consumers. By requesting a sample report or using this website, you accept these terms on behalf of the organization you represent.

We produce competitive shipment intelligence reports: written analyses of a company's import activity, market position, supplier portfolio, competitive landscape, and supply-chain risk, built from licensed third-party trade data and our own analytical methodology. Two things are offered through this website:

The free sample report — a sanitized example of a full report, with company names redacted and figures altered. It demonstrates structure and depth; its figures are illustrative and must not be relied on as data.

Each report is prepared for the named subject organization and licensed to that organization for internal business use. You may share it within your organization and with professional advisers bound by confidentiality. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, or provide a report — in whole or in substantial part — to any third party, and you may not use a report to defame or disparage any company named in it. Our methodology, query designs, report formats, and templates remain our property.

Reports are built on trade and shipment data supplied under license by our data provider whose database aggregates trade records publicly disclosed by governments and public institutions. For US analyses this is primarily US Customs (CBP) bill of lading data covering commercial maritime imports.

You acknowledge the documented limits of this data: it does not include transaction values or margins, air freight, purely domestic activity, or shipments filed under masked names; records publish with a lag; and company-name consolidation, while audited manually for the report subject, is algorithmic and can occasionally merge or miss entities. Every report restates these limits.

Potential alternative suppliers named in a report are descriptive — they appear in the records — not prescriptive. We make no representation about any named company's capacity, willingness to contract, commercial terms, or product fit. Engaging any supplier requires your own procurement diligence.

Reports and ad-hoc answers are competitive intelligence: one input into your commercial decision-making. They are not legal, financial, investment, or procurement advice, and must not be the sole basis for any investment, sourcing, or strategic decision.

We treat the existence and content of your engagement as confidential and do not disclose that your organization is the subject of a report. You agree to keep report contents within your organization as described in Section 3.

You may not scrape, mass-download, or programmatically harvest this website, attempt to access non-public systems, or submit false or third-party contact details through our forms.

The service and all data are provided “as is”. Public trade records reflect what was filed and disclosed; we do not warrant their completeness or accuracy, and every statistic in a report is computed exclusively from identified records. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its stated date; material changes affecting an active retainer will be announced to the billing contact before the next cycle begins.
