Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Manifest Analytics (“we”, “us”) handles personal information on this website and in delivering our reports. For anything in this policy, write to info@manifest-analytics.com.

2. What we collect

Sample-report form. When you request the free sample we collect your name, work email address, and company name. The form also uses two invisible anti-spam checks — a hidden field that only bots fill in, and a measure of how quickly the form was submitted. Neither involves cookies or tracking.

Correspondence. If you email us or reply to the sample, we keep the correspondence.

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps) for security and operations.

3. What we deliberately don't do

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers, pixels, or social-media widgets. We do not sell personal information, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not enrich your contact details for resale. If we ever add an analytics tool, we will update this policy first.

4. How we use your information

We use the information above to send you the sample report you requested, to respond to you, to follow up about our report service (you can opt out of follow-ups at any time by replying or writing to us) and to meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.

5. Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, and only to the extent needed: our hosting provider, our transactional email provider and the customer-relationship system where leads and correspondence are stored. These providers process data on our instructions. Beyond that, we disclose personal information only where required by law.

6. Company data in our reports

Our reports analyze publicly and privately sourced disclosed trade records about companies — importers, suppliers, and shipments — supplied by our data provider. This is business information, not data about private individuals, and the provider filters out records with recognizable personal data. If you believe a record or report nevertheless contains your personal data, contact us and we will take it up with the provider.

7. How long we keep it

Sample-report leads and correspondence are kept while there is an active conversation or a legitimate prospect relationship, and deleted on request at any time. Customer and billing records are kept for the retention periods required by commercial and tax law, then deleted.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing — including sales follow-ups, which we stop on first request. Write to info@manifest-analytics.com and we will respond within 30 days. Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where that involves transfers out of the EEA or UK, we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with those providers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its “last updated” date; if a change is material, we will tell active customers directly.
